BELL ISLAND

Location: Rowayton, CT
Completion: July 2024

Transforming this waterfront family home, the first-floor renovation combines relaxed sophistication with coastal inspiration, blending natural textures and open spaces to bring the beauty of the outdoors inside. Converting an underutilized area off of the Living Room into an open airy space with an ocean view, we brought in natural light and improved the layout and flow of the home. The Dining Room, a multi-purpose space for piano lessons, homework and family gatherings, was elevated with a bold wallpaper, new lighting, personal art and accessories.
